The whole consortium met for the first time virtually on the 27 and 28 June 2022 to discuss the most important and current points of the project. Organised and welcomed by AIMEN coordinating the project, each work package was discussed as well as the administrative and financial dimensions.
During the first day, the European Commission participated to acknowledge the start of the project and reminds the key challenges ahead of WATERUN such as the importance of developing cluster activities with other on-going projects related to similar issues as well as of the standardisation as a mean to review existing standards and promote new ones for urban water runoff.
